HOW DO CLIENTS EARN POINTS?

Each product or service you define in FW can be assigned a point value and a reminder cycle value.   

When you add a product or service into a clients cart the point value you assigned is added to their cart and thus added to their point balance.   Behind the scenes we add an event in the future to send an email in the future to remind the client to make an appointment.   

WHAT PRODUCT  & SERVICES CAN I ADD?

As many as you want.  Our system allows you to create categories of products or services and then define lines to those categories.    So you can have a category of "LASER SERVICES" to hold any laser related services, such as laser hair removal, skin rejuvenation or body contouring.   We don't limit you on how many you offer.

YOU KEEP SAYING POINTS, BUT HOW MUCH IS A POINT WORTH?

The answer is complex but we recommend this approach.  First creating points is basically a form of discounting.  For our example your goal is a 10% discount for your basic customer.  

Let's say an injectable service that you offer is $500.  Thus you're willing to "re-invest" in future business to the tune of $50.   We create to numbers; the number of points to award for the purchase and the value of each point.   We can give the client 5000 points worth a 1 cent per point, or  1000 points at 5 cents per point.  

Lets go a bit deeper, How much is a new client worth (Customer Acquisition Cost)?  $25 for example?  So if a successful client referral from one club member to another at 1 cent would be a member referral of 2500 points.  or 500 points if you set the value at 5 cents.   

You can choose any two numbers but overall it starts with defining that reinvestment goal.

Finally keep in mind one more item, Club Tiers.  You'll likely create club tiers, like bronze, silver, gold and platinum.    The base tier bronze may have a tier bonus of 0%, silver 20%, gold 30% and platinum 50%.   

Your platinum level club member is generally a high margin, frequent client.  If we have defined platinum at 50%, then we're now placing our reinvestment at 15% for them rather than 10% percent for the base member. 

CAN I OFFER A NEW MEMBER BONUS

Of course, you can define a point value for becoming a member.  Then when a client joins, they'll automatically be awarded that number of points.

CAN I OFFER POINT BONUS OFFERS?

Absolutely.  First all Bonus Offers have a beginning and end dates.  Next you define the products or services included for each offer.  You also can have multiple offers running simultaneously. 

A couple of examples:   

  • Double points for all Laser Body Contouring for May 

  • Double points for all Laser services for July

  • 25% Bonus for the first 60 days for new club members. 

You could even work with your pharmaceutical company to co-sponsor to underwrite a point offer.  You can create 3x points for a specific product within a product category.  For instance offer triple points for June for all Botox®.

DOES FW SEND EMAILS TO CLIENTS

It Does!  It sends out an email when a client first joins your club.  Then it will send an email when ever they earn points.   Lastly it will send reminder emails for your products and services.

HOW ABOUT BRAND MANAGEMENT?

Using Flawless Rewards shouldn't interfere with your brand, but rather enhance it.  You can name your reward or loyalty program.   When your clients go to your club's portal they see your name, your logos.  We're simply a line at the bottom of page that says, "powered by Flawless Rewards."
